Female Complete Programme

This programme is designed for female trainees who are looking to tone up and lose body fat. Included are 2 training phases which last 5 weeks each and aim to target all muscle groups. Phase 1 consists of 4 day split - 2 lower, 1 upper and a core/calves routine. Phase 2 consists of a 5 day split with 3 lower and 2 upper body routines. Who are these training programmes for?

These programmes have been designed specifically to build muscle. They are suitable for anyone, for all ages, who are looking to either bulk up or lose body fat.

Are they suitable for beginners?

Yes. If you are new to weight lifting I would recommend starting off with the beginner/intermediate programme and once completed you can progress to the advanced programme.

Are these training programmes designed by you?

Yes. I have been a certified personal trainer and online coach since 2013. I have worked with hundreds of clients on a 1 to 1 basis and have over 2,000 hours worth of experience with working with clients in person. These programmes are tried, tested and are a product of what I believe to be the most effective way to deliver optimal results.
